The Hidden Power of Photoshop Elements 5.0 - The Book
The Hidden Power books for Photoshop Elements have traditionally helped users expand what is possible with Elements, and Hidden Power for Elements 5 will continue that tradition. Unlike previous versions, however, hidden Power for Elements 5 will be published in electronic versions only and will only be available here on the Hidden Power website. The book will be released after the tool set which is available now (click for more info).
At this time the plan is to sell the book in a complete package, as well as in modules/chapters that target specific areas of learning. This will allow readers with specific interests to get what they need without purchasing the entire book. The book packages will include the apropriate tools and exercise images for the exercises contained therein. Tenatively the outline is as follows:
Chapter 1: Resolution: The Cornerstone of Image Detail
Chapter 2: Seeing Images as Color Contrast and Tone
Chapter 3: The Image Editing Process Outline
Chapter 4: Separating and Combining Image Components
Chapter 5: correcting Image Tone
Chapter 6: Color and Tone Enhancement
Chapter 7: Altering Composition
Chapter 8: The Image Process in Action
Chapter 9: Creating and Using Vectors
Chapter 10: Color Separations for Print
Chapter 11: Options for Printing
No other book will give you the ability to get more power from Elements.
